New Operational Team takes over at TECHious

TECHious changed its leadership line-up in spring 2026. After a teaser on 19 April that simply asked "Guess who?", the team announced its Operational Team 2025–2026 on 21 April.

A new team for a new phase

The announcement spoke of a new team, new responsibilities and a new phase of work, and thanked the previous team for its contributions. It wished the newly appointed members strength, clarity and consistency, and ended with a short motto: "Let the work speak."

According to the announcement poster, Mashrafi Mohammad, founder of TECHious, serves as Chief Supervisor and Sifat Hasan Fahim, co-founder, as Deputy Chief Supervisor. The rest of the operational team is made up of an Operational Chief, an HR Lead and a Media Lead. The new Operational Chief, who previously led HR at TECHious, was introduced on 22 April, the same day the team launched its Campus Ambassador Programme.

The handover meeting

On 1 May 2026, Team TECHious held an official team meeting with three items on the agenda:

1. a Handover and Takeover Ceremony;
2. an Appointment Signing Ceremony;
3. a strategic discussion on upcoming projects and activities.

The founder, the co-founder, the secretary, the treasurer and the immediate past chief attended. Roles were formally assigned, and TECHious reported that the whole team was now aligned for the next phase of operations. The post summed it up in one line: "TECHious moves forward — structured, committed, and ready."

First steps

The new team's first weeks were busy. TECHious was Strategic Partner at the WICE 2026 Bangladesh national round on 9 May, selected its Campus Ambassadors on 13 May and met again on 22 May with guest Iqbal Ahmed of ICT Expert.
