YouthGEN 2025 tickets sell out at school booths
YouthGEN 2025 tickets went on sale at five Cumilla schools and online on 13 September. Two days later TECHious closed every booth because seats had run out.
Ticket sales for YouthGEN 2025, the flagship youth event organised by Team TECHious, opened on 13 September 2025, one week before the event day. The organisers set up registration booths at five schools in Cumilla:
- Comilla Zilla School
- Nawab Faizunnesa Govt. Girls High School
- Comilla Modern High School
- Comilla High School
- Ethnica School and College
Each booth opened at 9:30 am and closed between 3:30 pm and 5:30 pm, depending on the school. Online registration ran in parallel through the event site, yg.techious.org.
What the ticket bought
The announcement promised a single day of power sessions, networking and a Youth Experience Zone at Cumilla Shilpakala Academy on Saturday, 20 September 2025. TECHious billed it as the biggest youth event in Cumilla, and its pre-event promotion spoke of more than 1,200 young people taking part. That figure was announced before the event; TECHious has not published a final attendance count.
Booths closed after two days
On 15 September, TECHious announced that all booth activity had ended. In its update, the team thanked the friends, students and guests who had come by during the day, and apologised to those who missed out because the number of seats was limited. A purple "sold out" poster followed, confirming that registration was closed.
