YouthGEN 2025: a full day at Shilpakala Academy

On 20 September 2025, Edizit Presents YouthGEN 2025 brought talks, networking and a hands-on Experience Zone to Cumilla Shilpakala Academy from 9 am to 6 pm.

Edizit Presents YouthGEN 2025 – From Ideas to Impact took place on Saturday, 20 September 2025, at Cumilla Shilpakala Academy. Organised by Team TECHious, the event ran from 9 am to 6 pm, powered by SAS Group, Bangladesh and co-powered by Dighir Chap.

Morning: tickets and the way in

In a recap posted in October, TECHious described the ticket-checking booth as one of the liveliest spots of the morning, with organisers busy and visitors eager to see what was inside. Every ticket was checked with care, a step the team presented as part of the discipline and safety behind the event. Once checks were done, guests walked through the gates into the hall for the programme.

On stage and around the hall

The day combined talks, networking and a hands-on Experience Zone. Entrepreneurs, coaches, content creators and community leaders took the stage one after another. Salman Ahmed, known online as the "Bangladeshi Mr Bean", and content creator Asadudzaman Joy also appeared on stage. After each session, the YouthGEN team handed the guest a "Token of Love" as a sign of thanks.

On 28 September, TECHious released an official glimpse video of the day. Its credits list seven community partners: NextWave Impact, Leo Club of Cumilla Greater, Uddami Youth Network Bangladesh, Volunteer for Bangladesh (Cumilla District), Interact Club of Comilla Sunrise, BAIUST Computer Club and Cumilla University Skill Development Club.
