Official Insect Recruitment 4.0 wraps up
TECHious opened its membership drive, Official Insect Recruitment 4.0, on 4 October 2025 and closed it on 10 October, promising a new chapter with new members.
Two weeks after YouthGEN 2025, TECHious turned to growing its own team. On 4 October 2025, it opened Official Insect Recruitment 4.0, its membership drive. "Insect" is the name TECHious uses for its members, and 4.0 is the edition number of the drive.
What members were offered
The call, posted in Bangla, invited young people who wanted to build leadership skills and upgrade their abilities through projects, campaigns and events. It promised a team of like-minded people to grow future jobs, businesses or passions with, team-based work to strengthen collaboration, and the chance to learn a chosen skill with guidance from expert mentors. The poster summed up the benefits as leadership, teamwork, skill development, networking, mentorship, creativity and experience.
Applications were open through an online form from 4 to 10 October 2025, under the line "Take your action and be a leader!"
Recruitment closes
On 10 October, TECHious announced that the recruitment was officially over. The team thanked everyone who had given their time, interest and energy to apply, and said that a new journey with the new members would begin soon, bigger and more inspiring than before.
That journey started before the end of the year. At the team's regular meeting on 23 December 2025, newly appointed members took part alongside the founder; read more in December meeting reviews projects and sets plans. In January 2026, TECHious launched SkillHub, a practical training programme for its members.
