Coaches and educators take the YouthGEN stage

Life coaches, online educators, an author, a Rotarian, a newspaper editor and a magician: the YouthGEN 2025 talks on mindset, learning and service, in review.

Not every session at YouthGEN 2025 was about business. Starting on 14 October 2025, TECHious published a series of recaps of the talks given on 20 September at Shilpakala Academy, Cumilla, by coaches, educators and community figures.

Mindset and personal growth

GM Iftekhar Iftee, founder and CEO of Mindvana and a life and relationship coach, spoke about personal development, mental growth and managing relationships. TECHious described his talk as a call to know yourself and become a better person. His Mindvana colleague Tamim Asif Chowdhury, the company's COO and a digital coach, followed with a session on the mindset and strategy needed to turn ambitions into reality.

Learning, online and on paper

Team Redwan's Method, an online education platform, shared skills and success stories with the audience. In a clip posted in January 2026, TECHious highlighted the team's answer to a common question about studying online: what matters is the learner's attitude, not the place. Iqbal Ahmed, author of the book ICT Expert, talked about technology, education and the future of young people. The Learnova team ran a session on mindset and confidence.

Service, media and a little magic

Rtn. Abdul Halim Mojumder, Charter President of the Rotary Club of Arong Cumilla, shared a life story that TECHious presented as an example of social service and leadership. H M Obaidul Haque, editor of digital media partner Morning Post, Comilla, encouraged the audience to discover their own power to bring change. Azwad Mostafiz Ador, presented as the country's youngest professional magician, mixed a magic performance with a talk on dreams, confidence and creativity.

Each guest received a "Token of Love" from the YouthGEN team. The entrepreneurs who spoke on the same day are covered in Founders share their journeys at YouthGEN 2025.

For the full programme, the list of partners and photos from the day, see the YouthGEN 2025 event page.
