December meeting reviews projects and sets plans
At its regular meeting on 23 December 2025, Team TECHious welcomed newly appointed members, reviewed ongoing projects and discussed its vision and winter plans.
Team TECHious held its regular meeting on 23 December 2025. The team met outdoors in Cumilla, with members seated on a low stone wall in a courtyard, as the photos shared the next day show.
Who took part
According to the official update, the founder of Team TECHious attended, and newly appointed members took part. The meeting came about ten weeks after Official Insect Recruitment 4.0, the membership drive that closed in October. The meeting was chaired by the Deputy Chief, serving as Acting Chief.
On the agenda
The discussion covered two areas:
- a review of progress on the team's ongoing projects;
- the organisation's future vision, goals and direction, discussed in detail.
The post was tagged with the team's plans for winter projects. TECHious did not publish further details of individual projects at the time.
What came next
Two weeks later, on 8 January 2026, TECHious ran the first training session of its new skills programme, SkillHub, with a session on how to start out as a designer. In February and March, during Ramadan, the team ran operations for free iftar at Cumilla Town Hall and hosted an iftar evening for Cumilla's youth groups.
In May 2026, the team held a formal handover to a new Operational Team.
