Inside the YouthGEN 2025 Experience Zone
Robots from BRAC University, a radio demonstration and gaming rigs: a look back at the hands-on Experience Zone TECHious built for YouthGEN 2025 in Cumilla.

Alongside the talks, YouthGEN 2025 offered visitors a space to try technology for themselves. Before the event on 20 September 2025, TECHious promoted an "exclusive Experience Zone" with VR, gaming, 5G and AI. In a series of recap posts published in October and November, the team looked back at what was on show at Shilpakala Academy, Cumilla.
Robots from BRAC University
The highlight, according to TECHious, was Mongol-Tori, a project of the BRAC University Robotics Club, which joined YouthGEN as exhibition partner. The recap described the rover as an advanced robot that combines technology and creativity, and as a reflection of the work and imagination of a young generation of engineers. Pre-event posters also listed the robots Robot Niko, Nabik and Ognibir among the zone's attractions. At the end of the day, the YouthGEN team presented the robotics club with a "Token of Love".
Radio on stage
The Amateur Radio Association of Bangladesh (ARAB) brought radio communication, technology and networking to the event. TECHious said the demonstration gave young people fresh inspiration and a chance to learn something new, and thanked the association with a memento.
Built by the team
The Experience Zone was planned and set up by TECHious's own tech secretary. The team's recap credited him with everything from high-end PCs to cutting-edge setups, and with the attention to detail that made the zone stand out. Photos from the day show a racing simulator, game controllers and a drone among the stations.
